Stopping a streak and starting again

Hey, I've had a few weeks of eating a lot after a period of not overeating and sticking to calorie goal most day's. I want to begin again, I haven't been logging meals or going on My Fitness Pal but my streak has continued, wondered if there's a way of beginning my streak again and just any general advice for getting back into a healthy lifestyle for weight loss?

Even if you don't record anything, if you log on your streak continues. Spend 24hr without logging on. That will start you back at 10

Yes that counts. Once you log in, you're in regardless if you do nothing but read0

This is why I don't pay attention to the streak, it's useless for my goal tracking. I have a notebook I keep track of well logged days, and that's where I count my progress.0
