Hey, I've had a few weeks of eating a lot after a period of not overeating and sticking to calorie goal most day's. I want to begin again, I haven't been logging meals or going on My Fitness Pal but my streak has continued, wondered if there's a way of beginning my streak again and just any general advice for getting back into a healthy lifestyle for weight loss?

Even if you don't record anything, if you log on your streak continues. Spend 24hr without logging on. That will start you back at 1

I logged off and cleared all my pcs' browsers but mfp somehow still able to log my streak. I guess reading the community counts as log-on.

Yes that counts. Once you log in, you're in regardless if you do nothing but read

This is why I don't pay attention to the streak, it's useless for my goal tracking. I have a notebook I keep track of well logged days, and that's where I count my progress.
