Stubborn thigh fat?

What are exercises you all use to slim thighs?!

Sorry but you can't spot reduce. it just doesn't work that way. if you have excess fat anywhere on your body, all you can do is lose weight and your body and genetics will determine where the fat loss comes from. Obviously eventually if you reduce your BMI, it will come from your thighs too. so, eat for weight loss, exercise for your own well being AND for when the fat is gone, you will be toned. but thats all you can do.0

You just have to lose body fat, and it comes off wherever your body feels like letting it go. For women, the thighs are generally preserved until last. I do strength training, squats, etc., but nothing targeting a specific area. It will come in time.0

Eating less is the key of course, but doing squats and lunges and progressively adding weights and variations can help tremendously, too.0
