I have been using my fitness pal for a few months now. This is the first time I have joined a message board. I am 68 years old and am presently in a Pre Diabetes Class that requires us to keep a food and exercise log. Since starting the class 12 weeks ago, I have lost 9 pounds. I have 4 more weekly classes to go to and then we go every other week until September and then go monthly to finish the year.
I do not have any "friends" on this board and would like some. I live in Park City, Kansas (near Wichita) and I love to quilt, read, and machine embroidery. I go to water aerobics at the Y twice a week but I want to increase my exercise time.
I have set a goal to lose another 30 pounds before December 2017. Hubby and I are planning a trip for our 50th wedding anniversary and I want to be on great shape by then.
