Hot yoga has been shown to burn very similar calories to regular yoga, since sweating doesn't really burn calories. http://moveyourhyde.com/about-power-yoga/does-sweating-burn-calories/
For this reason, MFP's standard "yoga" entry would be sufficient.2 -
It should be listed as Bikram Yoga.0

I agree, but unfortunately it's not0

There's an entry for yoga. Or were you wanting "hot" specifically? If that's the case, don't worry about it, it burns pretty much the same as regular yoga and MFP will completely overestimate the calories burned.0

Same as power yoga, or vinyasa yoga, if those are options. The "hot" part doesn't affect the calories, your body doesn't have to work to keep warm so theoretically it would burn less but I guess it's not material.
A lady in my power yoga class (maybe 150lb) wears a fitbit and it gave her 400-some odd calories for a one hour, fifteen minute class (but the last 10 minutes are laying down so closer to 60min active). Mapmyrun gives me the same calories per minute as my slow jog, but effort feels higher in the jogging, for me.

hot yoga is like regular yoga
some of it is bikram(traditional) or vinyasa or power yoga
all vary in the amount of calories burned.1
