Hello everyone,
I stumbled upon this site a while ago and fell in love. I wish I had discovered it when I was starting with my weight loss journey. Better late than never, I guess. Over the past year, I have accomplished A LOT. I went from weighing 165-170 lbs to 134 lbs by just working out at home to exercise DVDs and without following any diet plan. I'm really proud of it but the credit goes to my mother who motivated me and literally forced me to do get off of my butt and EXERCISE.

Anyways, now I'm 10 pounds away from my goal weight and decided to do get there with you guys. Currently working out to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and LOVING IT!

    WELCOME!! Good job! You are an inspiration!!! I absolutely LOVE Jillian Michaels! Have you seen her show losing it? Its great! Also I just started her banish fat boost metabolism and love it along with her yoga meltdown dvd...she is just awesome! Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend!
