Help! Want to lose inches, not weight.

I've noticed that while the number on the scale is staying the same, my pants are getting tight. I am at a good weight for my height so I don't really want or need to lose weight, but I do want to lose the extra inches that have appeared. Should I set my weight loss goal to "stay the same," or should I put it to lose weight since I do want to burn the extra fat?

Sounds like you just need to tone up. It will tighten you up and your clothes will fit better. Try combining weight training with cardio.0

Yes, but should I set my calorie intake to maintain weight or lose weight?0

Probably a but lower to lose weight. Not too much lower though.0

Okay. I'll set it at the 1/2 lb a week since that's the lowest. I won't worry too much if I go a little over my count as long as I'm doing the exercise. Thanks!0
