Hello everyone I hope you had a wonderful day.
And I hope you were able to get your workout in today one way or another.
Remember every day's a building block every day we take a step one step at a time.
Is how we will reach our goals!
We just finished our work out for tonight and I had a extra work out today on the field trip with my daughter.
I'll post the calories that I burned with all the walking we did.
The kids were more than happy to take the steps instead of the elevator and we went up and down four flights of stairs so many times I lost count of how many.
But it was a good great and a good cardio day while having fun. So let's have fun while we do our workouts and get in shape.
Anything you doing you can make fun and also get that closer to your goal. Just remember don't give up no no excuses make it work make it count.
As always hydrate and watch your intake!
Oh I almost forgot I'm down from 225lbs down to 206lbs
