I have a question about a DVD I have had laying around for a while! I just completed a 3 month exercise program with pretty intense workouts involving strength and cardio exercises that average 45-60 minutes each day. I actually lost alot of weight in the 3 months but still have some more to go. I was thinking about restarting the program, but I was wondering if it COULD be replaced by JM 30 DS (since I"m kind of getting bored). I feel like a 20 minute workout won't equal up to what I have been doing, although lots of people seem to get results from it, any thoughts? Thanks!
