1. Form a habit. Without it, you have nothing.
2. Moderation in training, but every now and then, push just a liiiiiittle bit more.
3. "Clean eating" is made up by fitness gurus who tell us things like you should only drink Holy Water.
4. When you form the habiot of training, other things tend to fall into line naturally.
5. If you're a smoker, stop. I know you have the right to smoke. I have the right to think the habit is stupid.
6. You got given a body. To not use it is to do yourself a disservice.
7. Try a gym at least one. The thing I love about gyms, people go there for one thing, to train.
8. If you're starting out brand new in a gym, seek out the guidance of a trainer, at least for the first month.
9. Work out what it is you really want. Why did you join the gym in the first place? There is so much more you can do besides walking on a treadmill.
10. Think primal movements. We push, pull, squat, lunge, twist, press overhead and walk/run. Do all of these :)

Eat good, clean food, move often, lift heavy, laugh contagiously, kiss, fight, make up and enjoy cake sometimes.
