I have changed my life

I began my journey in January at 360 pounds. I drastically changed my diet and follow Bob Harper's "skinny rules". I joined a gym in February and love taking classes. Zumba, total body circuit, water aerobics, piyo, and my favorite is Pilates. My my back and core is stronger. I am stronger and more flexible. I sleep so much better. I have lost 52 pounds! I have used mfp for a while but have never used the community aspect or added any friends. I would love to build up a support system for myself.

    I just started in January as well, weighing in at 375. It was my highest ever and I was feeling every pound. I'm down almost 40 pounds now though and still trucking along! :) Feel free to add me if you like.
