MFP Activity level question

So I calculated my TDEE with the handy dandy link that was posted here

http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/931670/bmr-and-tdee-explained-for-those-needing-a-guide/p1

I work 28 hours a week- 4 days a week. I am on my feet for those 28 hours and those 4 days I consistently get over 6k steps so when I chose my TDEE and subtracted the 20% I chose the lightly active number.
My question is, in the mfp settings my activity level was still under sedentary but I put my calorie goal in manually as the TDEE I came up with. Should I change my activity level to lightly active as well?

I don't eat my exercise calories back since they are calculated into my external TDEE formula/calculation.

No. Since you manually set your calorie goal using TDEE, you don't need to change your MFP activity level.
