I've been on here for awhile but just now discovering the forums. I've lost 10lbs since the beginning of the year in an effort to maintain as much muscle as possible.
I love the fit fam community. If I can be of any assistance let me know. You can learn a lot by just seeing what people eat from day to day.
I currenly eat very low carb, high fat and moderate protein. Achieving the fiber recommended fiber goal from food alone helps me stay sane and full with minimal cravings. I'm starting to discovery, the my body gets from carbs the less I can manage wanting to binge on carbs. Because I love pizza, pasta, and anything else high carb lol.
