Hi everyone - I am just 50 and after years of yo yo dieting have decided that I really need to sort this out once and for all. I live in Braintree, Essex and need to get motivated. I seem to start with all good intentions, I have a treadmill that I have re-discovered so am brisk walking a mile a day at the moment. I have had a few personal losses this year and also have just become a single lady again - I need to lose weight - for me - and want to do something in time for the summer. Can anyone give me any pointers as to what foods would be best - I try and eat lots of chicken and fish but have got a bit of a sweet tooth!! I am trying to change from chocolate to yoghurts!! Any comments really appreciated.
