Hi everyone!

I'm not new to MFP or to losing weight, but I had a rough year with health issues and university stress and somehow managed to creep back up to my starting weight :(

But I'm back, I don't want to give up on myself and I'd love some new friends to share some PMA with! I'm 5'2 (157cm) and 196lbs/14st/89kg, looking to drop to around 140lbs and see where that goes. I'm looking into strength training (at home with some dumbbells) and I'm starting at 1200 cal/day at first, I realise this is low but I'm a small girl (except sideways!) and I put weight on even at lower calorie intakes, so I'm seeing how this works for a while.
