A little boost to my motivation needed

Hi All
Been losing weight along with some of my work colleagues since the end of january and have been doing well but for the last 3 week or so I've been hovering around the same weight and I'm starting to feel a bit disheartened and know that I am capable (having done so in the past) of giving up, so I could do with a some encouragement.

From my personal experience, the greatest boost in motivation and drive came from my "why". When I was down and out and dragging myself around I would take a moment to myself away from everyone and everything and reflect back to the reason I started trying in the first place. This helped me get my mind back on track and fuel my body to push further through the plateau I was on.
Also, in the Art of Mastery of oneself, the plateau is where the foundation is build for the next level. Some extra time on the foundation might be exactly what we need for when we take it up a notch. This will prevent us from crashing down a few levels and having to start over.
Stay Healthy!

It happens. Instead of focusing on your weight. Do you feel better? Do your clothes fit better? Do you look better? If yes, then that is proof you are on the right track.0
