When is the best time to check your actual weight of a day.

I usually get on the scale first thing in the morning after I have emptied my bladder.
And I make sure it's on a day where I haven't worked out for a day or two...so usually Saturday or Sunday Morning...0 -
Yep, first thing in the morning, after you go to the bathroom, before you eat breakfast, and with minimal clothes is the best and most consistent time to weigh yourself

I agree first thing in the morning is probably best. I found it very easy to get into the habit of stepping on the scale right before my morning shower... so variability in clothes is taken out of the picture also.
Your weight will still bounce around day to day, but it should be less than if you aren't consistent with the time of day or if you have different amounts to eat/drink that day prior to weighing.0 -
Don't really believe in a set time. Instead - focus on the SAME time every day with the SAME conditions. If you weight yourself naked, always weight yourself naked, etc.0
