Good morning champions!
Today is another beautiful sunny day and RVA now it's time to get our day going.
I know some of you started a lot earlier and some you haven't started your day yet.
Let's get our workouts in anyway way we can whether it's a short routines a long routines.
You don't have time for routine well let's go for a walk at lunch and of course we're going to take the stairs up and down the floors of our building and not use the elevator of.
Or we can walk around the block at lunch if you only have a short lunch how about going to bathroom do some squats or breakroom do some push-ups against the wall.
Anything it's better than nothing and remember to hold those at Abs in strength strengthen your core and protect your back.
You can do leg raises while sitting in your chair calf lifts while sitting in your chair or standing up.
We can get that exercise in no matter how Busy we are no excuses!!
You want to reach your goal you have to go for that goal!
We didn't get these bodies overnight so they are not going to go overnight but don't let that stop you we have to work towards that goal and get to where we want to be!
All right game?
And everyone remember to hydrate and watch your intake.
