New to the group

Hi everyone! I'm Christine and I'm trying to get back on track to eating health and hopefully losing some pounds along the way. I don't want to say I'm on a diet because I don't want to deprive myself just make better choices. It's been a while since I've done any workouts. Last year I had a cervical fusion done and a few months ago I had the hardware taken out of my neck. So I'm ready to get back on track for the warmer weather. Hopefully we will get it here in Buffalo, lol'
