<Generic Greeting>

Hello all,

I'm Will and I'm new to calorie counting and monitoring my intake vs. burn rates. I'd been making a lot of progress with looking trimmer and more toned as of late and I"m hoping this is what I'll need to break that last little hump and get to where I really want to be, instead of just maintaining the decent weight and physique I have now and push for something better.

My goal here in the long run is to get down to about 185 lbs (I'm 190 at the moment). I'm not looking to get big or bulky, just lean, but strong as well. As an Infantryman, with a desire to try and go for Special Forces sometime in the near future, I want physique that's about endurance more than pure strength, but at the same time bein' able to move heavy weight is important for me too.

With that basic little bit about me, I"m hopin' to find new tips, training routines, and just friends to talk about random nutrition and workout topics with here and what not. So, hi guys and gals!
