Not over eating...

I've been with MFP for 3 1/3 weeks now and have lost 9lbs! One thing I have really had to learn and change my thinking with is that I do not have to eat until I'm STUFFED! Counting calories has really shown me that I can be full and not feel like I've eaten a whole cow! But every so often I still want to eat just a little bit more, because it tastes good, and get to that, "Oh I shouldn't have had that last bite!" BUT I DON'T! Sometimes it's testing my will power and so far I have won. Anyone else feel this way?

Congrats on the 9 lb weight loss!

Glad the plan is working for you. Whatever works is what I say to stick with. If it keeps you from overeating then that's awesome. I was doing weight watchers before coming to MFP so I had that part down. I have had my eyes opened, however, to just how many cals, sugar, fats, sodium I've been consuming.

I was actually surprised at how easy it was for me to no longer over eat. I am not sure if it is just because I am making better choices and I am okay with not taking that last bite, Or if mentally I was finally just ready to do things right. But it is a good feeling to be in control this time, and not food control me!
