Following SW/MFP

Hi, thought I would do a little post to see if anyone was finding the same things as me ... I am back on slimming world again ( I know this works for me as I have lost 5stone with it) & I am keen to still continue MFP for curiosity as well as doing my slimming world diary.
I can't believe how very little calories you end up eating following the SW plan, yes you lose weight but surely this is not healthy. I have not felt "hungry" as such, and have had proper meals snacks and Syns but hitting anything between 700-1000 cals a day which surely is not healthy for the body? I work out regularly and burn anything from 500-1000 cals daily (I use a HRM strap) , I am not a massive pasta / potato / rice person (which are free) so my meals aren't really bulked out with those, but surely the plan can't rely on people to like those other foods. It's all good and I love SW but I'm just shocked at the calories consumed ... Is anyone else finding this currently ?
