This is the first time I have counted calories. It sucks so bad. I never knew counting calories was soo hard or that trying to maintain that calorie limit would be so hard.

Counting Calories can be tough, invest in a good book that tells calories, fat, carbs, sugars, etc. for your foods. Some of these books also have a Restaurant guide for food counts. Check your foods before you eat them and decide if or how much you want to eat. Salads, Vegetables, and fruits are your friends, you can fill up on those. Yogurts are low in calories also. Cut on breads. Watch your gravies and sauces. Balance your proteins with carbs. Hope this helps.

It gets much easier! I still have days that I go over, but I just make it my goal to do better my next day.
