Hi i have been logging my food exercise etc constantky for over 100 days 90% are under daily allowance jog do sprint training & weighted gym training 4-5 days a wk plus extra bushwalking etc and cannot budge that stubborn menopausal weight looking for suggestions? Even more peeved as gained weight this wk am 73kgs 165 cm & age 56

    Water weight fluctuates naturally, independently from "fat weight". As your body weight gets lower, fat loss slows down, and fluctuations can mask quite a long period of successful fat loss. If you are doing everything right, just be patient. But maybe you need to tighten up your logging, as the margin of error gets smaller as your weight gets lower. Are you weighing all your food? Do you weigh yourself daily?
