still look big....

Hi, I started like half a year ago on this website. I was 185 pounds a little less than 2yrs ago. Oh before that, I am a girl and I'm almost 5'10. I started dieting and lost 45 pounds (140ish pounds). I lost weight but I still feel fat and my thighs still stick but my upper body is a lot skinny. How do I get my thighs skinnier? I would like some advice. :-) ty

    Strength training is where to go and start zoning in on the areas of concern. Congrats on the weight loss.
