Hello! I am brand new to this and am just starting my journey to try and lose 50 pounds. I would like to possibly lose 8-10 pounds a month. Any tips would be very much appreciated. Not a huge person to exercise but willing to try just about anything except I am unable to run do to a medical issue with my legs. Please if you can guide me in the right direction!! Hi, I've just come back after 3 years not using the app. Lost over 2st using it in 2013. Previously I found that a small change can make a huge difference. Eg, i run my own business from home and need to take my orders to the post office every day. It's only a mile away but usually end up driving. Making the time to leave the house a little earlier and walking it instead made a huge difference in my weight loss. (I don't do running!)0
