Looking for friends to help out and keep me on the pathway to success. I had the gastric sleeve surgery two years last month. I did really well, then last September. I had to move my parents in with the wife and I. The stress eating started up again. I'm disabled/retired, 57 yrs, male. I know, that I'm still fighting this eating disorder that I'd in my head. I was feeling grea, until I passed my danger point 290 lbs. In the last 8 years my highest had been 370 lbs, my lowest so far 265 lbs. I am 6'4". Well, I'm getting back on the bandwagon, eating healthier & exercising more. Thanks.

What types of exercises can you do with your disability? Make yourself a commitment to doing some sort of exercise every day! I keep a notebook with a list of exercises I need to do, and I track whatever I do (or don't do) every day. Helps me stay in the habit. Good luck to you!!!1

I have been going to the gym in my good days, cardio 1.5 hr, strength training 1.5 hr. Starting a comment of 3 day a week. Sometimes being caught up in putting out fires at home, my day is gone. It gets frustrating at times, but the situation with my parents had to be done. I'm not resentful. It's trying to balance everything out.
