Something healthy, a snack... But I'm pretty hungry so I want it to be filling. What should I eat?

    Whatever it is -- I suggest selecting something high fiber paired with a protein/moderate fat. For example- I love weight control oatmeal -- it has protein in it and It's fiber. I find if things don't have enough fat or fiber, I'm left feeling hungry. Even a slice of cheddar or string cheese with a few low-fat triscuits.. just be sure to keep within your calories. I think everybody is different on what satisfies.

    Oatmeal would be top notch thats what i eat for breakfast && it helps w/ hunger throughtout the day. For a snack i would recommend a protein bar or my personal favorite apple/banana mix
