Hello! I have a lot of weight to lose! 8 stone! I have found it hard in the past to change my bad habits and stick to it. I would love all the support you can offer and I will promise to return the favour!

My first goal is to feel confident enough to wear a dress again. What is yours?

    You can do it : imagine how fabulous you will feel when you get into that dress
