    Mike Adams from NaturalNews and Mercola should be 1 and 2 on that list. They are probably the worst cesspools of misinformation on the Internet.

    Exactly. I'd like Devan to try 5000+ kilometers weekly on the bike without the carbs he claims no one needs. Cheesecake as an example for carbohydrates? And they claim this is a further revision?

    All things in moderation people. Be smart. There's no quick fix or "magic" elixir.
