Tummy fat help???

What's the best way to loose my tummy fat and get it toned doing cardio and sit ups at the min with some weights any advice on how to get the results

    Keep losing weight and do resistance/weight training. Flat stomachs come from low body fat and adequate muscle mass. If you dont have access to weights, then look into body resistance training. You will see much greater improvements when you incorporate that over just cardio.

    We can't spot reduce unfortunately and no amount of sit ups will help if we're carrying extra weight.

    Weight lifting does really help but it takes time. I've been recomping for 7 months and although my tummy is flattening it still has a way to go but I'm confident I will get there eventually. Planks are great for the abs I find.
