Hello everyone. Just picked up this app. My goal is to gain weight and muscle. Never tracked my progress before. I'm new to this and I would really really really appreciate any help from anyone it would be greatly appreciated. Can't wait too see how this journey turns out. My goal is to reach 180 I currently weight 139.9. Thank you guys

Start by reading the stickies. Pick a workout program from the below. And set yout account to gain. After 4 weeks, if you arent gaining add another 250 calories. Repeat.
