    he is a bit of a health nut as it is so biryani, korma, pilau etc are a once a month treat, his family think he's nuts Lol, I guess you could still have it just try smaller portions and no parathas for breakfast

    Haha sounds cool ! Most traditional Paki families eat oily/carb containing foods haha, when I visit my parents the struggle is real because my mom cooks amazing, but when i live alone i can control what I eat lol

    Oh man! The struggle with biryani is real. Since, it has a lots of calories, eating it generously means using your all day allowance in one go and starving the rest of the day. So, I just eat 200 g of it, fill myself with salad and internally cry how my family eats it without restriction.
