AFL Kinobody Fasting Question

Hey-
Anyone doing the Kinobody AFL? I generally wait about 14-15 hours before I eat my first meal and sometimes 2-3 cups of coffee can't get me thru to 11:30am for my first meal- My question is can I snack (Apple, Nuts, Bar) before my first meal if I stay tight on my macros? I usually snack between meals and before bed and still stay within my target body weight numbers & macros. thanks!

You can eat whenever you want and as long as you stay under your caloric maintenance, you will lose weight. Kinobody AFL is just another Intermittent Fasting (IF) protocol which some people find it easier follow to create that caloric deficit needed. If you are having trouble adhering to the protocol, then try something else that you can adhere to, to create that deficit.0

Yes the best way to do it is eat a medium size apple before and drink plenty of water.0
