A couple years ago I downloaded this app after a harsh breakup. I was motivated and committed, and lost just over 20 pounds by logging my food, walking lots and some biking. I was at my happiest with my body. Today a few years later, I'm almost right back where I started. Last time I did not engagae with anyone on this site but this time around I am hoping to gain supporters and provide support for others as well. I would like to increase my motivation and reshape my goals.

    My second time around too. I started a year ago looking to lose 10 pounds, new job and more responsibilities stopped my short of my goal and I stopped using the app. This is day 2, so far so good. Exercising is okay for me, it's the food I struggle with. I could use encouragement along the way. I sit in front of a computer for work for up to 10 hours per day, so it is more challenging.
