My name is Delorce.
I'm here for a little support and motivation.
The nutrition part of Weightloss is where I struggle the most. Every since my childhood and even now I did not like fruits and vegetables. I try to eat them and end up gagging. I know fruits and vegetables is very important for the body. But is there any alternatives? Can someone help guide me through this please? I absolutely no nothing about nutrition. Also feel free to add me and check out my food log. I accept constructive criticism but please don't be unkind. -Thanks :)
