Loosing motivation

I just started working out 2 weeks ago and limit my calories to 1500 a day ! Now am staring to feel like I can't do this but I know I can I just don't know how to explain !! But everyday I still get in the treadmill after starring at it for 10 min. I guess that's the good thing

I hit slumps around the 2 week mark. I've usually ate my calorie deficit back and thought.. great. But this time I am reminding myself why I started and think of what I feel like when I accomplish my goal rather than give up and start over. I hope you push through.

You just started out so it's going to be tough. It's breaking out your comfort zone which your body is fighting now. Stick with it and it will be easier to get up and get it.0
