1/4 roast chicken

Hey, does anyone know how many cals in a 1/4 roast chicken from the hot food counter? I was thinking of removing the skin and eating the chicken with a big salad but don't know what the weight of the meat is since it's still on the bone

    If you have a scale, you could either remove the meat from the bone and weigh it before you eat, or weigh before you eat and then weigh the bones after and subtract.

    Look at a restaurant that dos similar. Up here Swiss Chalet is an rotisserie institution and you'll find skin on, skin off for 1/4 chicken. You could then weight to make sure you were in the ball park.
