I'm in the same position. I have a full time , very demanding career, little time to cook & prep & definitely no free time to spend on a gym membership. I also have bilateral knew replacements & can't do any impact exercise. I'm also a single Mom. I'm fighting the fight, not giving up. Any & all suggestions, food info, prep, tips, tricks, brands would be so helpful. I want to wear a bathing suit this summer. 25 lbs would be a wonderful goal. Thank You

    We eat often eat store bought roitessiere chicken. Also, frozen veggies are relatively cheap and easy to have on hand. You might consider a crock pot for foods that you can make over the weekend.
