Just started need a frend to reach goal

    I started 3 days ago found this site 4 days ago. They did a MedGem test on me for my resting calories and I'm at 1170 I'm the low side of normal. So they say I should only be in taking 1000 calories a day to lose weight but the doctor said that number is to low to suit her so I get to do 1200 calories a day. 1200 calories in not a lot. So right now I'm struggling to find the foods that will keep me fuller longer. Good luck on your journey I started at 199 I'm only 5"2 so that's a lot of weight for a small frame. I'm got down to 170 on my own has taken me forever. Hopefully doing this the new way I will finally get it off. I want to get down to 130 I'm not shooting for what I use to weight which was 106. I'll get go if I can just get to 130 that would be a great. I hope you get to your goal. If you need a friend. I can be your friend. I'm just learning the website.

    Nice to know about u.i am also struggling qith caloeiea thing.sometimes i go with low calory than recommended i start think what else should i eat.i m working in a burrito place so i eat burrito without any sauce or cheese and its very low calory so i m searching what else i can eat bc i feel very low sometimes but today i get fit into a jeans which by mistake i bought one number smaller and dat was my first victory in last one week :)
