Introducing myself

Hi my name is Susie and I am trying to get 40 pounds off right now. It use to be 70 and it has taken me forever to get the 30 pounds off. I went to a specialist and she did a MedGem test on me I am on the low low side of normal she said. The test said I should only be eating 1000 calories a day but the doctor said she would feel better with 1200 so that is what we are doing for now. She says that will make me lose a half a pound a week. which is slow but better than nothing at all. So i have been doing it for 3 days and I'm down 1 pound so I feel blessed that it hasn't been a week yet and I've already lost that pound. If any one can help me with what foods keep you fuller longer that doesn't have a lot of calories it would be a great help. I'm 5"2 so on the shorter side and 51 years old. Thanks for any help you can give me.
