Here I go!

I have been getting serious over the years about my fitness, now it's time to take it to the next level, and that's only going to happen when I focus on the food I put into my body! Hoping this will keep me balanced and motivated. Here I go!

    I need encouragement as this is about the fourth time I have come back to this site. I find that if I type out my food consumption, I always have a good weight loss. However, I am doing things differently this time as I have decided to go vegetarian (I will still eat eggs, cheese and fish). Any helpful hints, recipes etc. would be greatly appreciated. Two reasons for this change - 1) the cost of meat here in Australia is quite prohibitive and 2) I have gone off the taste of it. I used to love roast lamb, lamb chops, roast pork (not to mention the crackling) but it does nothing for me these days!!
