Ate like a pig tonight. Ice cream pot pie Chex mix more ice cream and chips oh my god. Hoping this will help me keep track of my food!
I usually workout hard as hell, but tonight I am keeping my workout small because I have to wakeup early tmrw.
+ sauna, and trying tanning tonight!

Going to start tracking my food tmrw!

    Enjoy your sauna, but if you mean a tanning bed, run away as fast as you can - dying of melanoma is a nasty way to go. Hopefully you mean a spray tan, in which case, enjoy!

    Oh, and as for tracking food... the awareness really helps - I still eat more calories than I intend to some days, but I'm doing it with full awareness.

    It helps to find a good "why" that you can run toward on this fitness journey. Otherwise the reason you pigged out will repeat over and over.
