19 and getting back into shape

HI used to train for water Polo and rugby at the provincial level and beyond, through out highschool I trained for around 6-8 hours a day. When I started university (at 17) I realized that I needed to focus more on school and I quickly got out of shape. Now I have gotten back into training and i am hitting the gym every day my goal is to drop under 200lbs I have about 40 lbs to go. If anybody wants to be friends hit me up.
