I have only lost 1Ib?? Having done fitness pal before I would've normally lost weight following this regime of aerobics walking and a small run and I've been eating under 1,200 calories a day. I am at a loss as to know why I haven't lost weight? All my nutrients and charts say I have grand left? First time in years this has happened? Anyone know why ? I'm coming up to 45yrs old but not menopausal yet? Thanks

Doubtful... You might think you're eating under 1200 calories a day, but there are probably some calories going unaccounted for.

Diary not open. But sounds like you are not eating enough. Eating under that amount of calories with that type of workout is not substantial.

Yea, she's not losing weight because she's not eating enough...that makes sense...

Are you weighing all solids and measuring all liquids you eat?

Your body could be in starvation mode and holding on to the fat since you under eat

Starvation mode is a myth. If she's not losing she's not logging accurately. Eating too little does not cause you to hold on to fat. If that was true I would not of lost 103lbs already.
Totally wrong age is an important factor
I log everything 100% strict I had 4 weeks 0 losses on 1300 calories with 70lbs left to lose
Yes I do weigh measure everything strictly

    Everyone's different

That's the biggest cop out in the nutrition world. "Everyone's different". It's just another lame excuse. If you're logging with 100% accuracy (which is impossible by the way) and still not losing weight on 1300 calories with 70 lbs left to go, it's not time to make excuses, it's time to see a doctor because you have a serious condition...
