On Wednesday I suffered my first mini-stroke in my car while driving my son to his pediatrician appointment. It was the scariest thing I have ever experienced in my life. I just want to bring awareness to stress management and blood pressure. I'm 30 years old and have never had any type of blood pressure problems. BUT, I have been under an extreme amount of stress for long periods of time. This is just a friendly reminder that strokes, heart attacks, etc have no age preference nor do they have an age limit. Take care of yourself! Don't sweat the small stuff! And appreciate everyday! I now appreciate more than ever that every morning I get to see my 3 children, I get to breathe, walk, attend college, work on my health, and spread happiness! I never thought I would be affected by this, after all strokes are an "older" person problem (false). I have a multitude of health problems, but this was a rude awakening that I need to take better care of myself. I thought I was managing pretty well. Never will I think the same again! Live, love, and be well my friends, we never know when our time could be up! kygktsbfvzc0.jpeg
