you don't actually have to do all the math... if you plug all of your ingredients into the recipe builder, it is done for you.
search for the can of tomatoes, add 3.5 servings.
search for the can of beans, add 6 servings.
search for whatever ground turkey you have (99% fat free, etc.), add total servings in package (probably 6?).
if you're going to evenly split the entire pot of chili out for your family of 5 people, at the top of the recipe builder put 5 servings. save, then log.0 -
