New here..looking for friends to keep me motivated

Hi decided 2016 is my year to get fit. I started a diet from global weight loss on Jan. 3rd. I was on that diet for three months and lost 60 pounds. Happy with the fact i lost weight i still wanted more. That diet didnt want you to do any exercise, therefore i did lose a lot of strength. So i decided to read the book from chris and heidi powell from extreme transformation. I really like the book. I have been doing their lifestyle change called carb cycling for three weeks. I can say i did get my fitness back on track but only ended up losing two pounds in almost three weeks. I have noticed i have more strength and endurance. Would like any advice and friends from this great community. Thanks for listening

    Good Day. Did you tried watching the documentary called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead"? You can watch that on Netflix or Youtube.
