My name's Kate. I'm 27. I'm a stay at home mom of two energy filled toddlers. I guess to say my story is by my sophomore year in high school I weighed 300lbs so thanks insecurities and insults of immature minds I quit eating and but on the plus side I started hiking and walking all the time.. By the time I graduated I was down to 170lbs... Heading off to college I continued my habits... Met a guy fell in love ... Got heart broken... And I stupidly started binging .. Granite I met a man fell in love and have two amazing children together .. But I'm back up to 300lbs (I'm 5'4" btw) .. And although I have confidence and know I am a beautiful woman I hate myself for becoming the lazy person I have become. A couple weeks ago while walking my two year old (extremely fast) son broke free from me and ran out in the road and I started running after him and I was in pain everywhere and struggling to get to my son, scared he would get hit by a car before I could get to him (thankfully my husbands friend saw him and got a hold of him for me) but afterwards I was really upset with myself. Because of the poor choses I've made and me being so out of shape my child could have gotten hurt.. I hate my self some days for my choses.. So it's time to change.. And it's time to do this the right way!!! I know I can do it! I'm also hoping that if anyone out there has lost a large amount once before and gained it back is having more of a struggle the second time around. Anyways I hope every one has a awesome Friday.

Wow.. that's a harsh wake up call you got there. I'm glad you're son didn't get hurt and I'm also glad you're doing something for yourself and decided to get started on this journey
Good luck Kate
