BMR/TDEE

Ok, if I understand this right, using the military calculator my BMR is 1273 and my TDEE is 1680. So does that mean that I eat at least 1680 calories a day to maintain and then exercise as much as possible but don't eat those calories? I know that the 1200 calorie/day thing is incorrect, and also for me it doesn't work and leads to resentment and binge eating. I have a desk job where I'm tethered to a phone for 8 hours a day, and am also struggling with depression and diabetes. So often I am not motivated to get up and get moving.
Any explanation of if this is correct is appreciated.

Yes. Realize that online calculators are generic and you may have to tweak a little as you see results. But if you eat 1680 calories per day, you should maintain.0

If you're trying to lose weight you can try to balance it, maybe eat about 300 less and work off the 200, 300 off is just a few swaps throughout the day and depending on the exercise burning off 200 won't take terribly long0
