Cycling toward veganism!

Hey people. I'm new to this app. Have been recording my meals before in another one. I'm a 3rd year vegetarian that lost 22 kg in the last year. On my way to become a full blown vegan step by step.

That's great! I did vegan the "wrong" way and my blood glucose levels went crazy. I hope to one day be vegan. I'm using animal products as a crutch to steady my BGL at the moment. =/0

Hey, I'm a 7 year vegetarian (I think! Lost count). Gradually cutting down on dairy, etc.1

Hey guys! I've been vegan for a year now. Over the year I've been amazed at how it's changed my energy levels, recovery times, etc.. If you need any help or tips as to how to make transitioning easier, I'd more than happy to offer1

Vegetarian x27 years, vegan now for over 6 months ( in the beginning I still ate the occasional egg but only from my pet/backyard chickens....maybe 1 egg a week, and none for over 3 months) The neighbors and the dog are happy.... They get fresh, organic , free range eggs1
